I simply bought ice cream waffle cones, cake mix, icing, and some cookies that are dipped and drizzled in chocolate.
I took aluminum foil and placed it over one of my deep dish baking dishes. I poked small holes into the aluminum foil and then slowly slid the ice cream cones into the holes.
After making the batter from the recipe on the back of the box, I slowly poured cake batter into the ice cream cones. Only fill them up about half way to three quarters of the way or they will over flow when baked.
After filling the cones, I baked as directed on the box. You can buy more cones, or just make cup cakes out of the rest of the batter. After the cones cool, fill the rest of the cone up with icing and place on top of the cookie. I decorated them with a little red icing and a bow.
These are so simple to make and everyone loves them!
